The University of Manchester will once again be celebrating women in business by hosting another inspirational event aimed at empowering women to embrace their inner-creativity and entrepreneurial spirit.

We’re delighted to be welcoming global social influencer and serial entrepreneur, Grace Beverley, who will discuss her challenging yet phenomenal journey into self-employment. Well-respected in the world of fitness, Grace is featured as one of the ‘Top 20 most exciting entrepreneurs to watch for 2019’, by the Great British Entrepreneur Awards, shortly after releasing her hugely successful Grace Fit Guide.

Immerse yourself in this energetic event, and learn, network and share experiences with like-minded individuals across the University.

Hosted by the Masood Enterprise Centre, this half-day event will feature a range of insightful workshops and drop-in sessions which will help build confidence, broaden networks, and introduce new tools to help manage challenging situations.

We will welcome three inspiring female business founders who have a social following of over 100k, to participate in a Q&A panel facilitated by UK Lifestyle Blogger and Social Media Influencer, Holly Wood, who will probe them for tactics for influencer marketing, and how they use their striking personalities and personal brand to drive business forward.

Taking place at the University’s brand new Business School, She’s the Business will feature various activities for budding female entrepreneurs wanting to accelerate their ideas to the next level through powerful concepts and original thinking.

Prepare to be empowered, and equipped with the knowledge, tools, contacts and resilience to thrive in our globally-connected world with heavy digital dominance and strong social pressures.
